How do I get started?

When your Net Drive Online Backup or Net Drive Pro account is created, you can log in to your personal Net Drive portal to download the latest version of the Net Drive Client Software for PC or MAC. Once you have the software installed, simply select the folders to backup and let Net Drive take care of everything else. Click here for more information about the Net Drive Client Software

How secure is my data?

Net Drive uses Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256) security to encrypt all communications between your computer and our servers. AES is a specification for the encryption of electronic data established by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). AES has been adopted by the U.S. government and is now used worldwide. It supersedes the Data Encryption Standard (DES). Data stored on your Net Drive is backed up to multiple servers at various data centers ensuring your data is fully protected. Our network is protected by enterprise-grade security and firewalls.

How much data can I back up?

Net Drive provides as much storage space as you would reasonably need. When you choose either the Net Drive BackUp or Net Drive Pro plans, you can be assured that there is enough space to store all your local files online.

How do I pay?

Can I access my backed-up files on my smart phone?

Yes! We have mobile applications for Apple, Android and Windows 8! The applications make it easy to view all of your photos, documents, music and videos from your phone or tablet. You can even stream your uploaded music and movies directly from your Net Drive account.

How do I send files to my backup drive?

Once you have installed and started the Net Drive Client Software, it will reside in your status bar. Click on the Net Drive icon (look for the Net Drive logo) and select SETTINGS. Select the SERVICES tab and click the MANAGE NET DRIVE BACKUPS button.
